By agreeing to these Terms, except for certain disputes identified in the Arbitration Clause below, you agree that all disputes with YouthFuel will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
YouthFuel is a technology platform that connects registered users with healthcare providers for the treatment of weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), erectile dysfunction (ED), and other wellness conditions.
Products purchased through YouthFuel INC are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We recommend you consult your healthcare provider before starting any treatment. YouthFuel operates websites including Youth-Fuel.com (the “Websites”) which provide services including:
YouthFuel is not a healthcare provider and does not employ medical professionals. The content and services we provide do not constitute medical advice. Any medical care is provided solely by independent, licensed healthcare providers using our platform.

Prescriptions, if issued, are to treat symptoms—not underlying causes—and are handled by third-party providers or pharmacies.
Telehealth laws vary by state. YouthFuel is working to expand services nationwide, but some states may not yet be covered. Please confirm your eligibility before using our services.
Users must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may not use our services. Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered in error should contact support immediately at support@youth-fuel.com.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You will not impersonate others or provide false data.
You are responsible for any activity under your account.

Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Return Policy. All payments are processed via third-party vendors. By submitting payment, you confirm authorization to use the payment method.
Cancel your subscription by emailing support@youth-fuel.com or updating your account 3–5 days before renewal.
The Websites may contain links to third-party content. YouthFuel is not responsible for any external sites or their content. Proceed at your own risk.
All Website content, including text, logos, images, code, and systems ("Intellectual Property"), belongs to YouthFuel or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or modify without express written permission.
You may cancel your account at any time via email. YouthFuel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
YouthFuel disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. You assume full responsibility for your use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthFuel and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold YouthFuel harmless from all claims and damages arising from your use or misuse of the Website and Services.
All disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
Claims under $10,000 in small claims court and IP disputes may go to court. Emergency injunctive relief may also be pursued in court.
Arbitration is confidential. Records and awards cannot be disclosed except as required by law.
Arbitration will occur in Lee County, Florida. Federal Arbitration Act and Florida law govern this agreement.
This arbitration clause survives termination. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
Claims must be filed within 1 year of the dispute.
